Henry "Donald" Cook, 66, died Monday, March 14, 2011 at Heritage Park Nursing Home. He was a native of Bellmore, New York and a member of Calvary Baptist Temple. He was the owner of Don Cook, Inc. and was A Certifed Life Underwriter.

He is survived by his wife, Judith Anne Cook, of Savannah, his sister, Marie Malfatti, of Savannah, two nieces, Jennifer Smith Daniel, of Savannah, Theresa Sutphin Christopher, of Darlington, SC, and two great-nephews, Andrew Paul Sutphin, of Darlington, SC, and Ryan Daniel Smith, of Savannah.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, March 17, 2011 at 1:00 p.m., at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
